I called and told Brad about the problem.

When she would try it would show her an error 
that says No Internet Access. She restarted and 
now when she clicks on her icons to open Banner 
or Internet it does nothing. They do not appear 
to be trying to even open anything. She can 
reached at #88142 She is on the second floor 201 
in Upward Bound.
