They were trying to connect to the mash domain via
a local account.  I told them this was not an
option and that users should log in with their wou
account if trying to access mash.  I added the
specified printer to the users profile as well.

The laptop does not connect to the network, it 
does not go to Mash. So he thinks that someone 
needs to come over to help. he is located in ED 
202 the office. You can go to the front desk and 
ask for Drew Reinhardt and he will come up and 
get you he said.
