I mapped the requested drives remotely and left
Debbie this note open via Notepad on her desktop:

"Debbie,

I added the I:, K:, and J: drives for you. If you
need any more drives or have any more
questions/problems our extension is 88925. Your
service request number for this task is 21479,
which is useful if you have any more problems
pertaining to your network shares not showing up.

She just got this new computer yesterday and, 
today, noticed that she only has an H drive on 
it. She needs at least the I, J, and K drives, 
but isn't sure about any others. She will contact 
us if she thinks of them. She will be out for 
lunch, but will leave her computer on.
