I uninstalled the graphics card while in safe mode
and the video worked again (after a restart).

They have had issues with this in the past, and 
once again, it is not working. The screen is 
blank, then she gets a message that says 'In 
power save mode press any button'. When she does 
that, nothing happens. She will be around all 
afternoon.
