I told them there was nothing we could do. They
didn't save it so it was lost.

When he was in Excel he said that it started to 
freeze up on him and then it gave him the 
message, "Not responding, end now?"

He can be reached at #88788. He did not save what 
he was working but needs to get it back ASAP if 
he can. He says that he knows that it does an 
auto save every 10 minutes but he cannot seem to 
find the file he is looking for. (he didn't save 
it so I am not sure if he even knows the name of 
the file he needs) He is in CO 218 until 4p.
