She had problems with accountlookup before (task 
21462) but got that figured out. She said that 
she cannot log on to any computers, not just 
hers. It tells her that her username or password 
are incorrect. I asked her to do accountlookup 
again and she did. She still cannot log on. I 
made sure she was logging onto Mash and she was. 
She said that she is here till 5p but would 
really like help with this ASAP. This is only her 
third day on the job...poor lady.
