Michael Orr	Jul 19, 2007 11:02 AM	Looks like the connector from the power supply to the motherboard isn't able to maintain a connection. Wiggling the wires from the power supply can get power to the motherboard no problem, but wont' stay consistent. It looks like we need to replace the power supply for this box.	Add Attachment

Michael Orr	Jul 19, 2007 08:53 AM	VGA to standard DVI adapter that's on the thin client is OURS and needs to come back when we replace her computer. VGA to funky optiplex dvi converter is HERS and needs to be used with her monitor.	Add Attachment
