I called her back and it appears to be working on
its own.

She has reset her password and still cannot log 
into her machine. 
She followed the steps at 
www.wou.edu/accountlookup and was successfull but 
cannot gain access to her machine. Its a MAC btw.

Avaliable all day today til 5 and tomorrow as 
well.
