So, after installing the new video card (the
orginal was pci but they needed agp) I discovered
that one of the current monitors isn't working at
all. It needs to be replaced. There is one on my
desk that is the same kind. Its WOU is 20010876.

NOTE: Make sure you bring a screw driver with you
when you go. The one being replaced is mounted on
the wall. You will also need to stand on their
desk to remove it since it is the top right
monitor of 7. Good luck.

card, part# 100114 LB.

20030600, this is the help desk machine Joe asked
that we ordered, we believe it was a Gforce 5200
PCI. contact the vendor to see what our options are.
