Hello Helpdesk,
Regarding the thin client that is frozen in the 
WUC lab, the student had to leave for class, but 
since we couldn't do anything with it, her 
information is still up on the screen and she is 
worried about that.  I put an 'Out of order' sign 
on it for the time being, but told her I would 
let you guys know that it is still an issue.

She unplugged the machine and then plugged it 
back in. The mouse moves, but it will not click 
on anything. A student is working on this machine 
and needs help with this ASAP.
