I also removed 3 browser toolbars and warned Diane
about the risk of these things, and how to watch
for them when browsing the internet and
downloading things.

Windows updates, Spybot, CCleaner, IE security
settings reset and a restart later the Security
Certificates are working properly now.

It tells her that Security Cerficate has expired 
and is not yet valid. She can get on to her local 
profile, and she can get into Yahoo, and other 
websites, but she cannot get to Banner or Mail 
through the icons she has set up. She is in all 
day.
