I switched it to PS instead of PCL. It's working now.

they all can print fine now, the people that were
having the issues in there preferences it was
specified to be Recycled Paper, changed it to
plain, works fine from there, though Optimum
setting throws PCL XL Error. Brad is looking into
that.

Word documents print from tray 3. Documents
printed from a browser print to tray 2. There is
no difference between the paper types in these
trays, but she wants everything printing from the
same tray. Joe checked/adjusted the printer's
settings from our end, which should take care of
things. I told her to give us a call back if the
problem persists, so that we can stop by and
troubleshoot.

The first time she tried to print to this
printer, it defaulted to tray 2, which is letter
head. She tried it again, thinking she just hit a
wrong button or something, and made sure she
selected tray 1, but it printed from tray 3. She
is sending out an email for people to use the
other printer until this gets looked at.
