it would appear that when it updated, it lost its
'recent' files, and she opened an older file, this
is what the problems looks like to me, I will
return at 2 pm. when Stan will return.

FileMaker is not showing all of her files.  Brad 
D. worked with her earlier on this problem, but 
she says she couldn't communicate the issues 
effectively enough for Brad to help.

While going to print grade roster letter, 
FileMaker says to update to new version.  She 
downloaded the new version and it installed.

Now, she can't find any of her files that were 
created since 2004, but files 2003 and before are 
there.  "There" = File Maker->search option
