Replaced the jetdirect card. This fixed the
problem. Brad has the old card. The issue is
resolved but we need Travis or Paul to update the
print queue with the new mac address.

According to Experts Exchange this error usually
means a bad jet direct card. I'm going to go over
and take a look and see if doing a cold reset
fixes the problem.

Just an FYI, I'm not sure if this calls for a 
tech's attention. 

Every time I have opened the Main Lab for the 
last week or so (a few shifts), Samantha reads:

82.0180
EIO 2 Error

The error message remains when pushing resume, 
cancel job, or the "?" button. The info screen 
never changes.

When the printer is shut off, then turned back 
on... this error message goes away. It usually 
returns, within how much time I don't know. I'll 
keep and eye on it and add another memo...
