Hello Marjory,

Today I tried to contact you about service request
ticket 21584, which explained that you'd been
having intermittent "My Documents" issues. Since
you are away for summer break UCS is going to
close the ticket. If the problem continues to
occur when you arrive back on campus in September
please call the help desk and open a new service
request ticket at extension 88925.

Her voice mail message says that she is out of the
office until the middle of September since summer
term is over. Also, it says to not leave a message
since the university only saves messages for 10
days, but to email her at langem@wou.edu instead.

the problem.

Joe was working with Marjory about this problem
before, task 21401. I think it is a profile based
issue, not machine based.

She has been having her MyDocuments folder 
available on some occasions, and unavailable at 
others.  I had her restart her machine and that 
seemed to work for now.
