After numerous updates she is finally able to
logon... I'm not sure why it wouldn't let her in
the first place though.

She has not used it in at least a month. It tells 
her "The system could not log you on" She has 
tried both Mash and the other computer option. 
She will be in this morning, but she moved to AD 
202. She said that she needs to do some work on 
this laptop but it is not urgent.
