Called. She didn't answer so left vm asking her to

Internet Explorer security certificate was not
allowing her to view the sign-up/events page for a
website. I allowed the website and it works now.

She is trying to access the Department of Human 
Services website to register a conference but 
gets an error message: 

Erro message she gets is: content was blocked 
because it was not signed by a valid security 
certificate.

She is using Internet Explorer.

She will be in her office, the door is closed 
because they are painting in the building, but 
she is inside.
