Called and left vm asking for a bit more detail as
well as a time to come by his office. According to
Brian's notes everything is all set up so I'm not
sure what they need to know about the lap top.

Brian Witt did the setup and delivery for this
laptop. According to his notes from that ticket
(21025) everything should be all set up. Not sure
what exactly it is they need. Calling to see if
he's in.

Called; left a voice mail asking for a timeframe
we can get a hold of Peter and for the correct WOU
number (the one on the Laptop as opposed to the
one from his desktop machine that we were given).

The Laptop is a Dell XPS M1210

The Division needs help setting it up since its 
brand new and they have no idea as to where to go 
from here. No documentation came with it, it was 
dropped off.

He is flexible to come see a tech here he needs a 
call.

Available between 2-3pm today.
