problem logging in. Student Christian Rogers 
called in and is unable to do his work until he 
can log in.

Joe, not sure how/if this should be added to an OU
as an scripted printer add for the print shop.
Closed and flagged it under you so you can do that
if you see fit. Otherwise just unflag and let it
die. All three computers have it added under
Ligoy's login for now. Only student workers might
be an issue.

Set up. I'm thinking maybe Joe should add this
printer so that anyone who works in the print shop
gets it mapped automatically? The problem was that
I had logged in as myself and added it and it
wasn't showing up on Ligoy's login.

ITC 112 still, two machines already hooked up to 
printer are working fine... machine on front 
counter won't print. Asked if there was an error 
message and he said that they just cant find the 
icon and wanted someone to come over there and 
look at it. Printer: HL penguine.

He is talking about the computer in ITC 112 in 
the front. He said that he needs to be able to 
print to that printer(20060580) from that 
computer. He will be in from 8a-5p
