Machine did not have enough memory to install the
printer driver (256mb required, only 255mb
available). Audrey came over and gave me an
additional 128mb stick to add to the machine,
which allowed the driver installation.  The
computer is also very slow and out of date. 
Deleted old profiles, ran Ccleaner, updated
internet browsers, and currently working on
getting windows updates.

I looked for an old SR to add to, none showed up 
on his name.

He says printer was swapped out for a new one 
within the last couple days and his "computer 
isn't showing the new printer as an option. The 
printer doesn't seem to be installed on my 
computer."

He tried sending print jobs to the name of the 
old printer "Big Mac" and nothing happens. No 
error message.
It's a DeskJet 86940.
