Courtney Carlson	Jul 31, 2007 11:16 AM	says when he tries to type in password, nothing shows on up screen, mouse is frozen. He told me he pushed ctrl alt del 6-8 times and nothing happens. (?) Tried to do a hard shut down, didn't work. He just wants back into his machine to work. He will not be in office. Nancy Ganson two doors down can let tech in if need be.	Add Attachment
