We received a help desk call from you on August
first regarding an email that had been returned.
We attempted to contact you for more information
several times but haven't heard back so we can not
proceed on the ticket. We haven't heard from you
in the past month regarding this ticket so I'm

left another vm checking up on this. We still have
no info about the issue. Asked again that she
forward the email or call us so we can come by and
look at it.

Didn't get user. Left a vm asking for some more
info or for her to forward the email to
ucshelpdesk@wou.edu with a note including the
ticket number.

There's pretty much no info in this ticket. I'm
going to call the user to find out more details,
but we don't know exactly what she's talking
about. A copy of the email she's referring to
would be instructive.
