On further testing it's the power supply, not the
mobo. Gave joe the part for replacement.

Power supply seems to be operational. I think this
is a mobo issue.

This isn't actually a thin client, but an
optiplex. I'm guessing that this is an issue with
an amber light or overheating type problem.
There's a class in there at the moment. Going to
wait until 10 and then go over and see if I can
get a look at the machine.
