The mouse was actually good. The PS/2 Mouse port
seems to be dead on the machine.

Replaced the mouse with a new one. It looks like
the replacement we took over yesterday is actually
a dead mouse. Going to check it real quick.

Called and left a vm asking for times to go by
when someone would be there. Make sure the mouse
is dead before you replace it. This is a dimension
so either PS/2 or USB mouse should work.
