Public Safety opened his office so that I could
drop off the machine. I left him a VM letting him
know its there.

called him...I told him that techs had been 
trying to get a hold of him. He wanted to know 
what the deal was, so I transferred him back to

supply and it is ready to be delivered.

Unstable power supply. Swapped it with the one
from 20010886[Edit Inv] - (PDR, was Karen Sullivan's )

Tested the power supply with the power tester.
Results show power supply is functioning correctly

Computer randomly turns on by itself...but only

Pulling the cable from the front USB off the
motherboard turns the computer on, so it looks
like something is shorting or grounding out

After inserting and removing the power cable a few
times, I was able to turn it on and it ran
properly. After I removed the power cable again, I
have not been able to power the machine back on.
