There was a connectivity issue on the hardware
end. The problem was resolved.

I added myself to the Football group and I am able
to connect to \\BURNS\football_dsv.

Asked if he's using PC or Mac. If PC try to
Disconnect Mapped drives...

He said that the drive that he normally uses on 
Samba is the S:

He said that when he tries to click on the Samba 
drive for football and nothing happens. HE said 
that this is happening on all 9 office computers. 
When they try to click on the internet it tells 
them NOT FOUND. His new number is #503-508-4311. 
HE cannot be reached at the above ext anymore.
