I ran CCleaner, Spybot S&D, and removed a few
programs like Google Toolbar, Earth, and Desktop,
and also Weatherbug. I hope that these changes
help the computer run a bit more smoothly for the
time being.

I explained to Lori that the "lock up if idle" is
a security feature we've enabled to prevent data
from being at risk accidentally. Also, I explained
that the computer is generally old. Lori said that
the computer is scheduled for replacement before
fall term (to her understanding). I will stop by
after 2pm to run CCleaner and Spybot to clean the
machine up a bit.

did not exist in our contact database but I have
