The error did not replicate itself when we turned
the computer on when I got there. The keyboard
probably malfunctioned, but it working fine. I
tested the page scrolling with the Home and End
keys, but they worked fine and didn't seem sticky
at all.

The machine was acting strange (random scrolling 
etc.), she tried to force restart. On reboot, the 
machine gave the error "keyboard failure" and now 
the screen has gone black.
