It looks like it is a profile problem on her local
machine. Occasionally her icons don't come up
(meaning her profile didn't load). Since I didn't
see the actual problem, I can't say for certain
that the problem she is having is related to her
profile. The most important problem that she was
having was her inability to access the Cashier's
share. My only other guess as to why that was is
that she didn't wait quite long enough for the
shares to load. 

I told them to call us back next time it happens
and we'll come over as quick as we can... Without
seeing the problem, I can't really fix it.

"Cashiers Samba" is the folder she is trying to 
access.

She is using an excel folder and has had to log 
out to access the folder each time. Occasionally 
she cannot login at all, or her desktop icons 
disappear.
