Audrey Sundkvist	Aug 06, 2007 03:27 PM	Driver issues. HP's drivers for this model has many different versions and their website is little help. Kathy can print PDFs now though.	Add Attachment
Audrey Sundkvist	Aug 06, 2007 01:07 PM	All PDFs are printing black. Some are garbled black streaks across the page and others are printed in reverse color with the background black and the text white. Both FoxIt and Adobe Acrobat Reader have the same result. It happens if the PDF is printed from an email or from a saved location on the computer. Other file types print fine.	Add Attachment

Paul Lambert	Aug 06, 2007 11:03 AM	Some larger pdfs will not print to her HP 4550 printer. Something prints out, but it is all "squiggley". I set up the printer on my computer (using PCL drivers) and it works just fine.	Add Attachment
