Joe and I have between us figured out that the
problem is with TS5 and not with the database
itself. Called Sarah and let her know. She was
able to log into TS7 with no problem at all so
she's going to be using that for the time being.
Joe's going to try to figure out what's going on
with TS5.

Called in wondering the status on her task. She 
did receive an email (standard task info email).

She is the Admin on Winchester and cannot log in. 
it happens about every monday where she cannot 
get into the Ill. Database when accessing it 
through Remote Desktop or straight in and still 
cannot see it. She left a vm for Joe Crowe with 
further information.
