Moved all of the stuff from the old profile to the
new one and that finally worked.

Called and left a vm telling him to restart his
computer and to call us back if that doesn't work.
Since he'll be in at 10, close this ticket around
11 if he doesn't call back in.

He was able to log on find, but there was a 
generic desktop that showed up. He just used it 
because he said that when this happens normally 
the next day his desktop would finally show up. 
BUT, this time, it has been about 3 or 4 days 
that he has been working off the generic desktop. 
He wants his own desktop back and he is wondering 
why this is happening. Plus he is not recieving 
emails from his secretary now either.
