Mona said the machines are running fine today. I
went ahead and ran Ccleaner and Ad-aware and
windows updates. I told her to give us a call if
they start acting up again.

Dear Help Desk,
 
Computer 20030829[Edit Inv].  We have been working on 
Student Access Programs.  First the computer 
kicked us out of the computer.  We shut the 
entire system down a couple of times.  It was 
still very, very slow, getting into these 
programs.
 
We then tried getting into this program on 
Computer 20060230[Edit Inv] and it was very, very slow on 
this computer also.
 
But Computer 20030829[Edit Inv],  we had the computer tech 
that was here working on another ticket look at, 
and he said that there was something not right 
with the computer and asked us to complete a new 
request, as it was not just that program, but 
effecting the entire computer.
