Machine was trying to boot from floppy. ejected
the disk. problem solved. Called lonnie and had
him remote connect. problem solved.

This morning when his computer went through 
automatic updates it restarted and it looks as 
though it has lost the IP address again. He has 
tried to contack Nikki but has been unable to get 
a hold of her. To get into his office, campus 
security will need to be contacted.

The computer had lost network connection. Disabled
and enabled network connection and it worked just
fine. He was able to reconnect while I was on the
phone with him. Closing ticket.

He said that he talked to the office sec and she 
said that his computer is on in his office. He 
got the IP address from his office computer 
before he left but is getting an error message 
when he tries to remote in on his laptop (WOU # 
above) "Cannot connect to remote Computer, 
contact your administrator." He can be reached at 
#503-930-5456. I tried calling the office sec 
(Nikki) at 88206 to get his office computer WOU # 
but she didn't answer. He would like to have 
someone call him back ASAP so he can get this 
working. THanks
