the screen by STFC until it can be reimbursed by 
student. I need you to forward Jaonie and I any 
info on what part(s?) are needed and info about

Hi Myron,
 
I did and talked to the student about it today. He
will not be able to pay it until Winter Term. So I
left a message on Alex's voicemail to see if the
Student Tech Fee Committee will purchase the
screen and the student can pay them. I am waiting
to hear back from Alex. I called him this morning.
So if you see him and feel comfortable talking to
him about this go for it.

Hey Angie,

for the first one if they need a statement in
person or writing just let me know when they wish
to speak to me,

but In my opinion the damage on the laptop screen
was caused by on either the top of the laptop or
the side of the laptop,
this could have been from at least three feet
above the ground, to possibly 10 feet (second
story building).

and as to the second, we have contacted dell to be
a possible pricing, and we will know withing four
hours from now.

Could you please forward this message to Myron?
 
Myron I spoke to Public Safety. We will need to 
bill the student so I need (2) things from you. A 
statement that the damage was not a result of 
faulty equipment with the laptop and an estimate 
on the cost of the LCD screen. I realize it is an 
estimate but we will need to bill the student so 
my thought is if it is over the purchase price we 
can always refund the student.

pick the laptop up and informed her that Skyler is

Laptop available for student checkout in Werner 
has a "broken screen"

Does turn on, can use it, hard to see screen 
because the image itself looks shattered (not the 
physical screen itself). Colors are normal.

Student returned it to the desk on off status and 
said that is wasn't working. Angie turned it on 
and the screen was as described. 

She has not notified Public Safety because the 
student says it was damaged when he got it. She 
said she will need to talk to student tech fee 
representative on that matter.
