Sophos would not update. After a few attempts, I
uninstalled Sophos and did a reinstall. After it
updated she was removed from the quarantine. I did
a 'repair' to the wireless connection to allow her
to view web pages.

She went to web browser, Explorer. When she 
opened it she got this error message.

You have failed one or more valid security checks,
you need to resolved issue before you have access 
to network. 

She has about 30 outtlook messages open. All 
closed now. Never happened before. Dell desktop 
machine.

Giving option to install sophos, although she 
aready has it. Forgot to ask which version.

If she is not there she will leave door open, can 
work on it. In tomorrow too.

And I do know how to spell quarantined, sorry! ;)
