the mouse was working upon arrival. I moved her
mouse to the right side per her request and tested
it there, worked fine, I told her to call if she
had any more problems.

She was VERY rude and VERY clear that someone had 
to help her with her mouse NOW. When I asked her 
what was wrong with it she said it didn't work 
and she had been trying to fix it for the past 
couple hours.  That was all I could get out of 
her. Sorry and good luck.
