Network controller drivers were not installed.
Installed those, updated sophos, did a repair on
the  wireless connection, windows updates. She's
all set

She said that this has happened multiply times 
and after a tech comes out to fix it, it seems to 
be only fixed for a short time. She is not sure 
if she needs to connect it to the network every 
once in awhile. She would like a call.
