Called. a student is using the computer right now
there's no problem. When I told Jan that we'd
close the ticket since the issue seems to be self
resolved she said 

"Well it was probably never fixed but go ahead and
close the ticket since you want to. It was so long
since we called that in but life goes on."

It's been less than 24 hours since the ticket was
called in and odds are it was a disconnected
session and nothing more. If someone's using the
thin client now then it is, by definition, not
frozen and there's not really anything to do for
it since it's a thin client.
