Sophos placed a virus threat in quarantine. Jim
says he thinks he got it from an email that he had
initially trusted. The file is in temporary
internet files, so I ran CCleaner and am now
running another Sophos virus scan.

ran sophos it detected the virus but will not 
clean up the virus
