Banner is fixed to reflect the correct vnumber and
ssn.  Account lookup works with ssn and last name.
 I changed the tech agreement and monitor consent
attributes back to zero.

 just received this message (see below) and tried 
to log in and complete the compliance agreement.  
It will still not let me log in and says I am not 
valid in LDAP.  I tried logging in with my SS 
number and tried with my V number and neither 
worked.  So this is not fixed.

returned vnumber: V00009876

It looks like the pidm for cindi's ssn is
different then the pidm for the vnumber that is
stored in ldap, thus returning the wrong vnumber.
 It can be worked around using the back door with
the correct vnumber, but this really needs to be
fixed in banner.

Hi Heather,

It appears that Cindi Mafit has multiple Vnums
assigned to her.  This will make it so that
AccountLookup fails.  If you are the appropriate
person, can you confirm my observation and
reconcile the correct vnum?

gets a error message when she tries to go in and 
agree
erro message: not in ldap does not apear you have 
a vallid/unique vnumber stotred in ldap. 
told her to contact ucs
