I burned a copy of the presentations to a CD so
they can't be broken. I'll be keeping a copy of it
on my desk in case they break/lose/etc their copy.

The documentation for this task is really sparse.
 Are they getting an error?  What does happen,
what does not?  Please assign to Joan for review
once task is done.

this is the 3rd or 4th time that they have the 
same problem. has been worked on before and each 
time they think they have found the solution but 
it stops working again
