Called and left a message explaining that we have
very little info about this task: is it s CPU or a
think client; is the machine logging people off or
just turning off randomly? Also, I explained that
the WOU# provided is for a monitor and we need one
WOU# from the machine itself in order to
troubleshoot. I also requested times of availability.

Called, left vm for Lori asking for some
information as to the problem they're having.

If it's a thin client is it closing sessions or
crashing and if it's a desktop is it just locking
users out or is it crashing. 

Also asked for WOU number of the tower itself
rather than the monitor.

The listed WOU number is for the monitor. Also the
ticket doesn't tell us if this is a thin client or
tower or if it's a student station or staff computer.

was happening before had a tech fix it but it is 
acting up again. only one computer acting up at 
present in the past many were acting up.
