Jake, Have you trained on a day shift?  We might 
want to get you some more experience with people 
calling in.  ALWAYS get the machine WOU#.  Even 
if you think it is unrelated.  When an error 
message is mentioned get the error message.  
Even if you have to have the client reproduce it 
so they can copy it and send it to you via 
email.  that is the most accurate way.  They can 
also read it out to you so you can type it in, 
but that is often really tedious.  Our job is to 
get as complete a picture of the problem as we 
can. sometimes you have to pry the information 
out of the client.  /sometimes you have to ask 
leading questions because they just don't know 
what to report.  See the list on the wall by the 
phone for sample questions.

I just saw the note about assigning to Joan after
the task was finished. I wasn't the one to assign
the ticket to Sarah however.

She said she is having an error pop up. She is
able to login but the error comes up (something
relating to her T: drive) and hasn't gone away. I
told her to restart her comp and call back if it
happens again...
