He's getting the error message "ORA-1017: invalid
username/password; login denied."

When he tried to set his Banner pin he gets a
message telling him that his V number is invalid.

Zachary is unable to log into banner or reset his 
pin.  He is around pretty much all day he said, 
and available both today and tomorrow.
