for him.

Tim called back and said that his door will be 
open if Brad just wants to return that GB 
ethernet card. 

Tim will be out of his office, but will leave the 
door open.

Tim called back saying he is available now until 
the end of the day.

He's still having trouble.  He's getting a black 
screen after the windows chime at bootup.  Trying 
to open a "playmaker" file.  Will be in before 
8am.  Says he has not received the Gigabit, and 
has not been shown how to use the Gigabit card.

He is having trouble with the ethernet. He cannot 
access the internet at all. He doesnt have 
several of his drives. His computer also has 
icons saying that he doesn't have internet 
access. Other computers in the area have 
internet. He also tried to remove the ethernet 
cable from the card and is unable to, he says 
that it feels like it is stuck. His door is 
unlocked so if he is not there it can still be 
worked on. 

I set it up, but Tim was not there. It is
installed and ready to be used.

Card was PCMCIA but needed to be ExpressCard.
Joanie is ordering the new card which is EC1000
from Linksys. On hold until we get the new card.

laptop is in his office apparently so I'll go down
there and "install" the card...
