I could not reproduce the problem. She says it has
happened a few times, but only every other week or
so. I let her know the CMOS battery may need to be
replaced in the future and told her to call us if
the message appears on a daily basis.

The message reads: "Alert system battery voltage 
is low. Strict F1 to continue." She can still use 
her computer, but would like it if she didn't get 
this message. She said that she will be in her 
office all day but from 12-1p.
