She called in wanting to talk to Brian. I left a 
message in Skype:

Brian: Cheryl Davis called and said you were 
expecting a call from her. She is hoping to hear 
from you ASAP to know whether she can continue 
work on her machine.

She definitely had a virus, which I removed
through Sophos.  She also has a desktop covered
with aol icons and her web browser is full of
toolbars.  Went ahead and removed a lot of things
with Revo Uninstaller and Ccleaner. Currently
running a Sophos scan and SpyBot scan.

It has failed to initialize. She is not Xing out 
of them because she thinks this is a virus and is 
afraid to cancel out of it. Sofos is saying that 
it has detected a virus. She does not know what 
to do.
