Recently I requested admin rights to this 
computer.  We thought this would take care of our 
challenge, but it has not.
 
We have a Student Access Program that is vital to 
Upward Bound and on this particular computer I 
cannot access it.  The last person, Audrey 
Loudenback, that had administrative rights was 
able to get to these programs.
 
I will not be in the office much today.
 
I will be in tomorrow, in the a.m. at APS 201 and 
in the p.m. at APS 501.  Please help us to figure 
out what we are doing wrong.

Bound area.  I am currently using Computer 
20031000[Edit Inv] and need to have administrative rights 
for this computer.
