Vickie is going to check if the machine she was on does map her I: drive now and call me back with the results. IF THE I: DRIVE DOES NOT MAP GET TIMES SHE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ME TO COME BY. Joe recommended having her relogin and pathing directly to the //cougar/education(or whichever department) to see if it's just not showing up or if she is denied access entirely.
